Evidence-based support for people seeking clarity and connection.

Services Offered

  • I aim to create a space where you can think clearly about who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to move forward. We work together, and your values guide the process.

A core part of my approach is psychological flexibility. This means learning how to stay present, notice what matters to you, and take steps in that direction, even when it’s hard. The goal is not to fix you. It is to help you build a life that fits you better.

I am affirming of gender identity, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. I also take a body liberation approach. I understand that distress is often shaped by larger systems and environments, not just the individual. My goal is to create a space where different parts of your identity are recognized and taken seriously.

  • Psychological assessment helps answer specific questions about how you think, learn, and function. It can clarify diagnoses and guide next steps for treatment, school, or work. I tailor each evaluation to your referral question.

Assessments may look at cognitive strengths, learning differences, personality patterns, and emotional functioning. The process usually includes a clinical interview, input from a parent, partner, or teacher when relevant, standardized testing, and a feedback session where we go over the results together. The final report summarizes your history and current functioning and includes clear, practical recommendations. With your permission, I can share the report with schools or other providers.

Fees depend on the type and scope of the evaluation, including testing time, scoring, interpretation, feedback, and report writing.

I provide testing for children, teens, and adults.

Common types of evaluations offered include:

    • Autism Spectrum Assessments

    • ADHD & Executive Functioning

    • Psychoeducational (Learning Differences & Accommodation Support)

    • Eating Disorders

    • Pre-surgical Evaluations for Gender-Affirming Care

    • Personality & Diagnostic Clarification
