Services

Thoughtful, affirming psychological care is invaluable. I offer person-centered support for individuals navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder and its commonly co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I also work with clients exploring gender identity and managing disordered eating. Whether through individual therapy, group connection, or comprehensive psychological assessment, I’m here to help you deepen self-understanding and move toward a life that reflects your values—with curiosity, respect, and care.

Autism Skills + Support Group for Teens

  • These weekly therapy groups are designed for neurodivergent youth—those with autism, and comorbid experiences like ADHD, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors—who are looking for connection, self-understanding, and tools for adaptive coping.

In this space, different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating are honored.

Each group blends structure and creativity through collaborative activities, discussion, and applied skill-building.

    Participants explore topics like:

    • Understanding their brain

    • Building healthy friendships and setting boundaries

    • Navigating sensory overwhelm

    • Preparing for transitions

    • Coping with anxiety, compulsive urges, and rigid thinking

    • Learning to advocate for what they need—with confidence and clarity

Beginning August 5, groups are Tuesdays from 4-530pm for 11-13yo, and Tuesdays from 6-730 for 14-18yo.

An intake is required before starting group. Individuals do not need to have a formal diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder to be eligible. There is a six-week commitment.

$125 per session. Equity pricing available.

Comprehensive Psychological Testing

  • Psychological assessment can be a powerful tool for deepening understanding, clarifying diagnosis, and informing meaningful next steps in treatment, education, or personal growth. I provide collaborative, comprehensive evaluations tailored to each person’s needs and questions.

Assessments may explore cognitive strengths, learning differences, personality patterns, and emotional well-being. The process typically includes a clinical interview, an interview with family or teachers, a battery of standardized measures, and a feedback session where we thoughtfully review results and recommendations together. Your written report will include history, current functioning, and clear, practical guidance. With your permission, I can share the report with other providers, schools, or relevant parties.

Fees vary depending on the type and scope of testing, including time spent on administration, scoring, interpretation, feedback, and report writing.

I provide testing for children, teens, and adults.

Common types of evaluations offered include:

    • Autism Spectrum Assessments using the ADOS-2

    • ADHD & Executive Functioning

    • Psychoeducational (Specific Learning Disorders & Accommodation Recommendations)

    • Eating Disorders

    • Pre-surgical Evaluations for Gender-Affirming Care

    • Personality & Diagnostic Clarification

    • Substance Use Concerns

Individual Psychotherapy

  • My goal is to foster a collaborative, respectful environment where you can explore who you are, what you care about, and how you want to move forward—guided by what matters most to you.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to practicing psychological flexibility—the ability to stay present, connect with what matters most, and take action aligned with our values, even when it’s difficult. This concept, central to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allows us to shift from rigid patterns of coping into more empowering, compassionate ways of engaging with ourselves and the world. Psychological flexibility does not aim to 'fix'; rather, it allows us to build lives that feel meaningful and authentic.

You can expect me to be affirming of gender identity, autism and other neurodivergent brains, and body liberation. I recognize that many experiences of distress are deeply tied to systems of marginalization, and I strive to create a space where all aspects of identity are welcomed and honored.

I work with ages 10+ for individual therapy
