About Me
I earned my doctoral degree from Mercer University’s College of Health Professions and am a U.S. Navy Veteran.
My clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, through the Center for Deployment Psychology.
Training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) allows me to assess individuals from 12 months old through adulthood using this gold-standard tool.
I'm licensed to practice in the state of Virginia and currently pursuing licensure in Georgia under the supervision of Dr. Kia Silva, Psy.D.
Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth through Midtown Psychotherapy Associates, located in Atlanta.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and clarity. I strive to offer thoughtful, attuned care that honors each person’s lived experience.
